Pastdrip does not issue refunds: drops are limited pieces hand-selected. If the size isn't right we handle the exchange within 24h of delivery, exclusively via WhatsApp.

1. How to start a size exchange
Write to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery indicating order number, received size and desired size. Our team checks availability and sends shipping instructions. Requests must be made exclusively via WhatsApp: we don't handle exchanges by email or social.
The item must be returned new, unworn, in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, dust bag and certificate. Once received and verified, we ship the new size tracked.
2. No refunds
Pastdrip works with limited drops and hand-selected pieces: for this reason we do not issue refunds on completed purchases. The only form of post-sale support is the size exchange under the conditions on this page.
This policy does not affect the consumer's mandatory rights in case of defective or non-conforming products: in that case contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we handle replacement at our expense.
3. Exchange conditions
- Request within 24h of tracked delivery.
- Communication exclusively via WhatsApp at the number indicated.
- Item new, unworn, in the original packaging with tags, accessories and certificate.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense; reshipping the new size is at Pastdrip's expense.
- Exchange subject to availability of the new size at the time of request.
4. Defective or non-conforming product
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We handle full replacement at our expense.
