Terms and Conditions of sale

United Arab Emirates (UAE) Addendum

For customers resident in the United Arab Emirates, the following also apply in addition to the above:

Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulation (Cabinet Decision No. 66/2023): right to clear price information (including 5% VAT where applicable), quality, warranty and after-sales service.
Federal Law No. 1 of 2006 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions: validity of electronic contracts, signatures and communications.
Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 (Cyber Crimes) as amended: prohibition of fraudulent use of e-commerce platforms.
Replacement / refund right: if a product is defective or non-conforming the customer is entitled to replacement, repair or refund under UAE consumer-protection rules. The operational procedure follows the Returns page.
Prices and currency: amounts may be converted to AED at the rate applied by the payment network; any customs duties and UAE import taxes are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Governing law and forum: without prejudice to Italian law as the seller's law, mandatory UAE consumer provisions remain applicable to UAE-resident consumers, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over disputes not amicably resolved. Complaints can also be filed with the Ministry of Economy – Consumer Protection Department (consumerrights.ae).
Shari'ah compliance: no products prohibited under UAE law are marketed.

1. Preamble

These terms ("Terms") govern the sale of products marketed through past-drip.com ("Site") by Pastdrip ("Seller"). Placing an order implies full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products

The products offered are fashion items, sneakers and accessories made with premium-quality materials. Product images and descriptions are illustrative and may slightly differ from the actual item (e.g. colour rendering). The Seller may modify catalogue, prices and availability at any time.

3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

An order placed through the Site is a contractual proposal. The contract is concluded when the order confirmation email is sent. The Seller may refuse incomplete or incorrect orders or orders without adequate guarantee of solvency.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Klarna in 3 interest-free instalments.

Card data are not stored by the Seller and are handled directly by authorised payment providers over an encrypted connection.

5. Shipping and delivery

Average delivery times are communicated upon order confirmation and depend on destination and availability. The customer receives a tracking code. Delays attributable to the carrier cannot be charged to the Seller.

Upon delivery the customer must check the packaging integrity: in case of evident anomalies, accept the goods with reservation and contact customer service immediately.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code). To exercise withdrawal contact customer service as indicated on the Returns page.

To ensure proper handling please contact us promptly after delivery. Operational details (return shipping address, timing, conformity conditions) are provided by customer service upon taking charge of the request.

7. Legal warranty of conformity

All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under arts. 128 ff. of Legislative Decree 206/2005. Conformity defects must be reported within the legal terms by contacting customer service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Seller is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure or fortuitous events that prevent timely order fulfilment. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages arising from product use, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights.

9. Intellectual property

All Site contents (texts, images, graphics, logo) are owned by the Seller or the respective owners and protected by copyright. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

10. Personal data

Processing of the customer's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from interpretation or execution the exclusive jurisdiction is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.

Pursuant to EU Regulation 524/2013 consumers are informed of the possibility to access the online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
